Prototypes are almost done

After many months of engineering and designing our first cups are in the process of being made. We will have prices, photos and all details will be available soon. We will start taking orders by the begining of the year. Thanks for your overwhelming interest and positive feedback. We are working hard to get you your PopCup!

Our prototype has arrived

This is basicly a three dimentional photo our product as the functionality can not be engineered at the prototype stage but will be dialed in during manufacturing. They were also unable to make it in the clear color that it will eventually be so it is in red here. you can see the size of the cup. (patent pending)

Our products are made in America at Crown Manufacturing in Newark Ca. Additionally every chance we get we hire local business including our prototype builder,  Harvest Technologies in Belton, TX and Rapid Prototypes in Oxnard Ca. Our product engineering was done by Stuart Long in Burbank Ca and David Hayslet Cambell, California. Our labels will be printed in the Los Angeles by Label Choices. Our polypropylene which is BPA free and pthalate free was formulated by resin compounders in Austin TX.

Products coming fall 2012

The progress has been slow but steady we have at last configured the design engineering details as wells as the materials engineering and will be going into final tooling next week with hopes to be in production by March. So under optimal conditions we will have product by March but we will most likely hold product for another few months for tesing and launch sales by summer or fall. Thanks so much for all your support and patients through all of the morning sickness, birth comlications and growing pains... the amazing PopCup will be coming into the world soon.
